A Development Application (DA) is assessed by Northern Beaches Council and suits projects that don't meet all the fast-track rules. A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) is a faster, combined planning-and-construction approval issued by a certifier when your project meets set standards. We assess your site and recommend the quickest compliant path.
